Thomas Builders Inc. was founded in 1983 by the current owners who both grew up in a family of construction contractors, with a strong emphasis on diligence and earning trust. Combining their vision, diligence, previous experience and loyalty to clients' interests, they started working heavily in the design-build of residential and light commercial projects. Eventually, Thomas Builders moved exclusively to commercial, private, and government projects in the late 1980s, and during the late 1990s began to specialize in the design-build of hotel properties and are now also expanding into other residential properties such as multi-family and student housing.
Currently grossing over $100M annually, Thomas Builders has extensive experience and has completed several projects for: The Department of Energy, Departments of Transportation, local/state/federal government, banks, office buildings, libraries, places of worship, housing, restaurants, retail centers, hotels and multi-family housing.
Thomas Builders puts a strong emphasis on and has a clear understanding of how to maximize the bottom-line. We are heavily involved in working with, studying and researching construction means, methods, materials and systems.
